Signiel Seoul Hotel

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's design and ambiance were exquisite, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. The view from our room on the high floor was breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the city and the Han River. The restaurant at the hotel served delicious food that exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly, approachable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. there was a small issue with a flickering LED light above our bed, but the maintenance staff promptly addressed the problem.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we were treated like royalty. The luxurious amenities, including the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and sauna, made our stay truly unforgettable. Our room had all the exclusive advantages we could have wished for, and the restaurant served delicious continental breakfast and halal food. The bar and lounge area also served great drinks and coffee, which we could enjoy while taking in the stunning views of the city.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that there was some dust in the room, but this was quickly resolved by the attentive and efficient staff. The location was also a bit far from the city centre, but there was an easy connection to transportation that made it easy to get around.

The Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi were simply amazing - nothing could beat the feeling of relaxation we experienced. The continental breakfast was every food-lover's dream, everything was delicious, and they even had halal options, which was great! We also enjoyed the exclusive private facilities, which gave us a sense of privacy and exclusivity.

Our only minor issue with this hotel was the lack of coffee/tea in the lobby. We would have loved to have a cup of coffee or tea first thing in the morning, but had to go all the way to the restaurant to have it.

The service provided by the staff at Signiel Seoul was exceptional. They were polite, helpful, and made my stay truly memorable. The room was also excellent, clean, and had stunning views. I especially enjoyed the shower with a view, it felt like something out of a James Bond movie. The location was great, with easy access to the metro and a fantastic mall nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel's convenient location connected us to subways, a huge shopping mall, restaurants, and a movie theater.

There was a lack of maintenance in the bathroom, with a major leakage problem in the bathtub leading to water constantly leaking out.

The service at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff throughout the building were so polite and helpful, it was truly amazing! Additionally, the premier suite I stayed in had amazing views of the city and first-class amenities.

The breakfast could have been better, and there could have been more healthy food options in the lounge. While the location had lots of shopping mall options downstairs, it wasn't really very central to anything major, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel was very new and modern, with clean and comfortable bedding. The staffs were kind and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable. The hotel's location was great, being connected to subways, a large shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants.

The parking was frustrating and confusing at times, taking me a while to find the exit. It was especially difficult when the movie crowd was leaving.
